203k compliance inspection app

Not every 203k requires or desires a full home inspection. This app was designed to provide a quick and easy way to create a HUD required propery inspection. This app will allow you to save time when you can't do a full home inspection.

About the app - 

This app is to aid the inspector with the required 203k property inspection which is short of a standard home inspection. Every HUD FHA 203k project must have a written property inspection. You can substitute a standard home inspection but if the clients doesn't want a standard home inspection this is your best alternative and it save you lots of time and money. It is NOT a home inspection but it meets the FHA Minimum Requirements.

Appraisers currently perform 442 inspections every day. This app will allow you to get the 442 compliance report completed in the field and send to your lender from the field for a much faster service to your lender clients.
