Who says it must take 45-60 days to close a 203k loan? It shouldn't take that long. I had a loan officer in SC call me years ago and tell me she wanted to be the best 203k lender in the Carolinas... well, she went on to close her first 203k loan over $100,000 in just twenty-one days. How is that possible? Simply put, get your team together and let the team function. 

Once you are a consultant you need business. If you thinkink waiting for your phone to ring off the wall just because you are listing on the HUD Roster... you will be dissapointed. You must be proactive and go get your share of the business.
